+ Receptionist are friendly and helpful specially “Ning” . Very clean room and comfortable. Good location with many restaurants around. I like the free coffee and tea.. They also clean the room everyday.

Stay in this hotel with 2 rooms (1 family,1 superior room) on 6th Jan. Before check in,had drop an email request to have a complimentary cake since my brother birthday during the stay but apparently had been turn down the request as no cake shop nearby around and no other effort had been made. After checked in,the room was a turned down condition. Wallpaper peel down,room dusty and even bedsheet simply apply on. Besides that, the tv need to keep turn on & off just to get the sound. The 2nd night,i forget my key in the room. Proceed to reception counter to have an extra key. The reception had verified the details with me and in the end he still ask me “you do really need to enter the room as we only have 2 key per room only.” Is this the standard procedure you guys have and reply to me which have a hotelier background?? On the last day upon check out,no help been extended to assist with the luggage and we have 2 senior citizen with us on a group. Reminder: don’t stay in even is cheap!!

Room and hallway stinks of cigarette smoke, so we woke up coughing and with a sore throat every day. The bathroom and room are clean. The hotel can also be noisy due to late groups coming in from the nearby bars. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the cigarette smoke.

Clean and friendly service. Staff is friendly and able to assist on queries. Staff was very helpful to even find out which airline is flying off at airport and the check in row without even been asked to. Pity the hotel is a little far from the MRT station. Recommend that you can cycle to the MRT station using Ubike.

The hotel is located in Taipei's 'amusement' district. It tries to be a bit more up market and hip, but is not really. My room was very small and basic. When I entered I was greeted by a 'funky' smell (from the drains), not very pleasant. Their breakfast is McDonalds take away. Glad I didn't book it. Staff was very friendly, but with the hotel you get what you pay for...
